No shipping and handling charged to customer for standard ground delivery on orders $300 and over before tax. Shipped to one address within the continental United States. UPS is our primary parcel carrier. In stock items ship the same day when ordered by 4pm EDT.
Orders under $300
A $19.95 shipping and handling fee is charged on orders totaling under $300 before tax and shipping are added. Shipped to one address within the continental United States. UPS is our primary parcel carrier.
Shipping policy exceptions**
Some products may not qualify for the above shipping policy. Standard shipping rates apply for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and addresses outside the continental United States. Any charges incurred for hazardous material, special handling and fuel surcharges may apply.
Expedited Shipping policy
Expedited shipping rates apply for all orders. Expedited orders are shipped on business days Monday through Friday. Any charges incurred for hazardous material, special handling and fuel surcharges may apply.
Returns (new and uninstalled)
Products that are new in the original packaging, not damaged and have not been installed may be returned within 30 days of shipment for credit less a 20% restock fee and actual shipping fees if purchase shipped for free.
Items returned after 30 days of shipment up to 60 days after shipment will be charged a 30% restock fee and actual shipping fees if purchase shipped for free.
Returns after 60 days of shipment are not accepted.
Products must be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Before returning please contact us for a return authorization number to be marked on the return packaging. Items returned without authorization will be charged a 20% processing fee.
Received damaged package
If a product is damaged in shipping we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us to arrange return shipping. For fastest replacement, we can place a new order and ship the item. Customer will be credited for the original item(s) ordered when we receive the return. If a new order is not placed we will ship the replacement once we receive the original item. All returns must be unused and in the original packaging. Return authorization number must be included with return.
Manufacturer warranty replacements
HVAC BARN honors all manufacturer warranties for our products. If you are having an issue with a product purchased through HVAC BARN please contact our sales technicians. Often any issues can be solved with our help. Trouble shooting with us or the manufacturer will be required and this will take time. HVAC BARN llc reserves the right to replace or repair.
